Lemesos is the second biggest town of Cyprus and the biggest Municipality indeed, while after the tragic events of the Turkish invention occurred in 1974, it has become one of the greatest Mediterranean harbors for the transshipment of goods. Therefore, Lemessos has ever since developed rapidly and is actually one of the most important maritime, commercial, tourism and service centers in the area.

Lemesos is also known for its long tradition in cultural issues. Since last year The Cyprus University of Technology works in our town.

Lemesos gives the possibility to the visitors to attend a great number of activities and visit many museums and archaeological sites, which they are interested in so far and it combines, in a unique way, ancient, Frank, Byzantine and other modern influences.

Lemesos is also the town of fan and entertainment. We are proud of the carnival and the wine festival we organize every year for many years now.

Our relations with the State General Laboratory are excellent and we appreciate its offer to our Country and not only.
